Started CPAP in January /w a full face mask. Had a septoplasty in March and ordered a Breeze nasal pillow mask which came in yesterday. I really liked how much less "clutter" was on my face. The seal was great when I fitted it, but during the night it seemed like I kept waking up with leaks as the interface pushed forward and the top of the pillows (med size) would come unsealed. My leak numbers this morning were not great. Avg. 38, I think it should be ~24 @ 11 cm. 90% leak was like 61. My AHI was good @ 1.8, but I feel if I could get the leaks under control, I could really get it dialed in nicely.
I know it will take me awhile to get everything adjusted right, but I was wondering if anybody had any tips, tricks or mods to get the headgear more stable?
I sleep on my sides and back. Generally a third of the time on each side and my back. Seems like this mask is great for the sides but I remember waking up with the leaks that I was on my back.

Yep, the Breeze is a good one for side sleeping. Not so good for sleeping on one's back.
However, if you remove the entire back end of the Breeze and rig up different headgear for it, it can be just as good for backsleeping as it is for sidesleeping:

Thank you Jeff. I did try the largest pillow size last night and it did work better. Never woke with the pillows dislodged.
Thanks Rested Gal. That is perfect, a treasure trove of great stuff to go through. I already lowered the velcro strap so it is level and that seemed to help with the stability. I like the idea of using an existing head gear for the back piece and chopping off the hard spine.
Leaks were still bad last night, but I have to believe that we have a mouth leaker from looking at the graph - flat line until 20 minutes into sleep and then all over. Going to try a few things for that and go from there.
