hmmmm, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to xPAP but my machine has definitely registered 0.0 leak for the last 5 days. When I put on the mask, I get it exactly where I want it, and then turn on the machine. I sleep on my back through the night, with little to no tossing and turning. I have the mask relatively tight so that it's pretty secure. I'm usually asleep within 10-20 minutes and I have the settling on the machine set to 20. Once it's on I rarely fidget with the mask, and I don't take it off, though on these they don't start recording data until the settling period has ended right? so if I'm asleep before that, I would think that it wouldn't matter if I was adjusting for the first 20 minutes. This makes me want to fake some leaks tonight and see if it records them.

so i messed around with it a bit just now, wore it for about five minutes, pulled one of the pillows for a little bit so it wasn't blowing all the air in my nose, held my breath etc.

It appeared to record the leak and the events just fine. Guess it'll throw tomorrows stats off, but it appears to be working right and recording leaks where they occur.

If your mask has a good fit, everything has a good tight seal, and your not tossing and turning a lot, is it impossible to think you could continuously get a leak rating of 0,0?
