Happy Dance!

Post by mj » Wed Mar 21, 2007 10:28 pm

Just had to tell someone! Each night I've been writing down the stats from my display. Tonight was the first time ever that I've had 7 of 7 nights with greater than four-hour sessions! For the past 30 days the rate was 14/30 so you can tell that this really is a HUGE milestone for me! Thank you CPAP Talkers!

Way to go, mj! That's good news.

A very nice milestone, indeed. Hope you get many more nights like that!

It strikes me how what once upon a time we would have considered a complaint is now considered an accomplishment, which speaks to how bad your sleep must have become. Glad you're seeing some consistency - may it get get better and better from here.

That's great news! Keep it up and you'll be sleeping like a baby in no time at all...................well, at least you'll be getting good therapy!
