I recently discovered the F&P Aclaim nasal mask, which is the most comfortable mask I've ever tried. I had to do a little field modification to make it fit exactly right, but once I did that, it was perfect. It's very small, and it has that wire in the front that allows you to turn your head from side to side without dislodging the mask. It also has a flexible foam cushion across the nose bridge that seals without hurting the bridge of my nose. I can sleep in any position with it, and it stays sealed all night and gives me good numbers.
Unfortunately, I do wake up with The Triangle framing my nose every morning, which takes a couple of hours to disappear completely. Anyone got any tips on how to make it go away faster? From time to time I have to go out in public before it's gone, and it's embarrassing.
Thanks -- Minerva

A triangle on nose......
Hello Minerva
It seems by the way you discribed it U seem to have your straps tied on to your head a bit too tight....As you been getting what I used to get, an imprint of the mask on my nose that lasted for a feew hours later on.
I had Profile Lite and I tied it tight to my head too tight and ended up with a 3 rd eye!!! But soultion is to loosen the straps a bit.

I take a hot shower-let the water run over my face while "massaging" my face-and use lots of face lotion after the shower. It helps some. See if you can back off on the tightness of the straps a little. Also consider Pad-a-cheek strap covers.
Faced with the choice between changing one's mind and proving that there is no need to do so, almost everyone gets busy on the proof.....Galbraith's Law
sounds like that mask is too tight or does not fit correctly
Make sure you adjust the mask every night at full pressure
Loosen up all four straps. Get into the position that you think you spend most of the night in.
Adjust the bottom two straps first then the top two last. That should help.
If you are still getting marks on the face I would switch to a different mask and there are plenty of them out there.
