I don't know whether or not I have central/mixed apnea. I know almost all of you guys in this forum have positive feedback on auto CPAP regardless of the brand. Speaking for myself when I had to decide what machine brand to get, I just simply based my decision on what some of the best contributors have for their treatment. RG and -SWS have PB420E, I believe. I'm sure there's something peculiar in PB420E which is why they both have it. I've got the same brand and model for my treatment, and I've made a right choice as well.
