Hi Keko,

Unfortunately the answer is we don't know exactly, everyone seems to be different. But it's possible that normal sleep cycles are restored right away, if cpap and the mask are working properly. I've even seen the graphs of a polysommography of someone undergoing the titration study with the cpap, and you could see the sleep cycles returning to normal when the correct pressure is reached and the apneas eliminated. So there is every hope it happens right away, or soon.

I'm pretty close after just three weeks, slightly over 7 hours a night. Other folks have reported going 66 nights in a row before they could sleep 4 hours. Sad to say, it's extremely varied.

But the good news is, you keep getting better.
