Mask advice - switching away from Ultra Mirage FFM ?

Hi,

I currently use an Ultra Mirage FFM (large/standard cushion.) I am looking for possible alternatives in the FFM area. I find it has to be tightened much more than I would like, just to keep seal, as I'm on very high pressures. The follow on effect is that the cushions wear out too quickly and [begin rant] shopping for parts to get a good deal (as I am out of pocket), is a waste of time due to Resmed's draconian price control policies. [end rant]

Any ideas/suggestions?

The Soyala Full Face version is not bad, certinly cheaper than the UMFF that is for sure. I see the price keeps dropping on the UMFF so us NOT buying it seems to be having an impact.

The only drawback to the Soyala FF so far (and I'm only 2 nights into it and still adjusting) is the cushion is pretty stiff. Kind of like holding a glass up to your face on end.

I may forget the FF mask idea and go back to using the nasal and taping.

I recommend the Hybrid mask (http://www.hybridmask.com). I find it very comfortable but please make sure you get the latest version with the premium grey headgear.
