FEELING STONED WHEN WAKING UP... NEW CPAP USER

I have been on cpap about one week. Sense on machine (res-med vantage apap - res-med full mask mirage - H3I humidifier) Pressure 4cm - 18cm.
Why am I feeling groogy, stoned feeling sense on machine. My pressure in sleep study for cpap was 14 cm.

Please advise
