It's only of interest to someone who uses that particular mask.
Perhaps no one who uses that mask has seen your offer and wants it.

I have seen it but I don't use and don't want to use any full face mask at all. So it's of no use at all to me.
I used to try to rehome donated cpap masks but I simply haven't had the time or energy to deal with it lately due to some health issues for me and my husband. I don't really want to take on any more work right now and certainly can't even pay postage right now.

Just keep bringing it to the main forum page every few days with a bump up post or find someplace to donate it.
It's not always easy because it has the "RX required" thing on the package which sometimes complicates things.
Someone the other day suggested checking with a local senior center and see if they wanted it to offer to someone.
Good Will used to take them but I don't know about now.
