Are you pulling the SD card out of the machine as soon as you turn it off?
Yes, usually within a few minutes.
The machine is probably still writing to the card. Pulling it out prematurely causes the entire process to halt resulting in loss of most of the data.

Interesting, but, unfortunately, I don’t think I have any of that (or even know where to look); the original diagnostic data might’ve been almost 30 years, 3 moves, and multiple doctors ago.
How about February 13th? And what's
the upcoming advanced study

If we believe the patent the bottom drops out at 42 LPM leak:
I haven't ever delved into the patent but it doesn't surprise me. The only time I have ever seen UAs flagged is when the leak exceeded 35 L/min. The machine knew something happened but couldn't sense enough to give it a definitive name. It just stands to reason that with even more leak the machine wouldn't/couldn't even know something happened.

Fortunately my time spent deep into large leak territory has bee rare. Doesn't happen often and rarely prolonged.

Unfortunately I didn't sleep well enough to get results on that sleep study.

I'll just add that full face masks have always resulted in lower quality treatment for me. They have been uncomfortable and/or leak from too many places, which I surmise reduces treatment efficacy even though the machine can officially compensate quite a bit of those leaks. I stick to my nasal pillows. Interestingly, my AHI went up with nasal pillows, but leak rate went down, when I switched from a full face mask. My guess is the lower leak rate gave the machine the ability to more accurately measure AHI, so that's why the figure went up. I was way more refreshed with nasal pillows regardless though, so I think treatment efficacy actually improved.

Just saying all of this because if the full face mask isn't working out, I wouldn't feel pressure to stick to it.

Actually, since I didn’t see any improvement, and I was so used to the N20, that I switched back to it a month ago. Maybe I should give the F30i another chance?

Sure, I'm "always" congested, with diagnoses of "seasonal allergies," "allergic rhinitis," etc.

I've periodically tried stuff like Nasocort, with some improvement, but then I stop since you're not supposed to use steroids for extended periods.
"always" Good grief, are you seeing an ENT/Allergist for a nasal endoscopy and evaluation of your apneas? Allergy immunology might be what you need. Unless you are without health insurance or your own funds, there is no reason to live like this. :(

Actually, no, I've never seen an allergist or ENT. Since my PCP has usually just diagnosed rhinitis, seasonal allergies, etc., and just suggested OTC treatment, that's all I've done.

Perhaps you're right, though, and I should be more proactive, and see what a specialist has to say.
