Hi all,
I have a question about the data upload from my Resmed Airsense 10 during time of travel. This past week, I woke up early, unplugged my device before it transmitted the night's data. I then plugged it back in later that day, used it that night, and did the same thing the next morning. The day I returned home I plugged the device back in, but those two days are still missing from the myair app and my provider doesn't have the data either.
Does anyone use a Airsense 10 and travel frequently, and if so, how do you mitigate this issue?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Data Upload during Travel
Just look at the sleep report on the machine's screen before you unplug it in the morning. It has a bit more data than MyAir.
The screen report default setting is 30 days of data. Change it to one day. Unfortunately, you will have to make this change each morning.

Re: Data Upload during Travel
Yes, I also frequently use the Airsense 10 while traveling and sometimes data can be missing if the device is unplugged before it uploads the night’s data. My solution is to avoid unplugging the device before early mornings or travel and if unplugging is necessary make sure to check the Wi-Fi or data connection after plugging it back in so the upload completes. Sometimes simply refreshing the myair app or logging out and back in can also bring back missing data. It’s completely normal for a few days to be missing but in most cases reconnecting and refreshing the app restores the data.
