AXG sleep diagnostics for a Canadian

HI; I just joined this group today! Finally and I am really excited. I live outside of Toronto so the cost to get the AXG sleep diagnostics done will cost a lot more due to the dollar difference. I would like some input from some Canadians about how the process was if I could. I now have a ASV resmed due to central apneas but have had other problems for so long that it is really discouraging. I also do not want it on Auto since I tend to believe Jason and can see that these machines mess up with identifying stuff. Then the pressure goes up and then more problems. I am sure I have air flow restrictions also. I have been studying this site plus the one in Australia for many years but no matter how hard I try I am always missing something. I feel so tired and so bad. I am waiting for a sleep study through OHIP but will they really have the time or the budget to really sort this out? Last time the Doctor told me it was not the machine but me. It was central apneas so not my fault. That took over two years to sort out. For those of you who are willing to help me I can bet that you also have had it with bad information or even no information. I am really looking too Jason and his group to seriously help me. Has anyone done the whole thing or just part of it and what was your experience please.

Sorry to be the one to inform you, but he is not well thought of by many of the expert users in this forum.

Would you mind getting a free account at SleepHQ.com and posting the link to your data in this thread? The reports will be formatted properly, and any personally identifying information will be redacted. There are some members in this forum who are experienced in the treatment of central sleep apnea. They may be able to help you, but they need to see your data.
