AirSense 10 Autoset

Post by bayareacpap » Wed Aug 27, 2025 8:39 pm

Has Resmed stopped making the AirSense 10 Autoset? If I buy one new has it been sitting in a warehouse for a couple of years or is it refurbished?

New is new, refurbished is refurbished. They're two different animals. New open box is another, but why not contact them over at https://www.cpap.com and ask if not already done so? They sell all the available models. No reason I know of they wouldn't be straight with you on such questions.

ResMed has removed the 10 from their website, but there is plenty of stock still available. I had no problem getting a 10 last month. CPAP.com and many other suppliers are still showing stock.

You might be able to get one from CPAP.com at a 25% discount during Labor Day weekend. (I haven't checked it.)

Wish I had got another 10 instead of replacing my old 10 with an 11.

I took delivery of a Resmed AirSense 10 Auto from my DME this past week. Manufacture date was 2024 and came with '0' hours. When I had called the DME to check availability of the AS10 they said they had a good number of them in stock as well as the newer AS11's.
