My React Health phone app which I point to the QR code every morning, says I'm logged out and only get a "Welcome Back, sign in to your account" screen. I try to sign in and it's the wrong password. I try to sign in on the computer and did the "reset password" button and it says it sent me a link to reset the password but I got no link and now it says it doesn't recognize my "credentials".
Anybody else having or had this problem? I guess I have to call Apria on the phone?

Unless their window is open, and you live next door.
Generally, Apria is not helpful. You might try React Health's Customer Advocate Team - https://www.reacthealth.com/contact-us
There are also setup guides on YouTube.

Thanks. It's like their system lost my account. It no longer recognizes my username.ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Sun Aug 03, 2025 12:14 pmUnless their window is open, and you live next door.

Re: React Health logged me out
Yep (863) 226-6285 is the number, option 3 I believe. DO NOT HIT OPTION 9. Option 9 gives you a recording that says "We will not talk to the patient. Go through your doctor." And then goes dead, no way to go back to the other options. You have to hang up and start all over again.
After I called back and hit I think 3, I got voicemail and had to leave a message but he called me back in a few minutes. He was real nice and said the problem is, it ONLY works through the phone app. That's why when I tried to log in on the desktop it wasn't working. You have to use your actual phone to request a password reset. It sends you a code to your email. You type in the code, then it lets you reset the PW.
The reason it threw out the original password was to FORCE you to reset it. He said it will do that from time to time, I guess security related.
I think tech developers and cybersecurity people sit around trying to come up with new ways to torture people. I wasn't worried about somebody hacking into my CPAP data. Should I be? I can't believe scammers hacking into people's CPAP compliance data is a big problem. The Apria account maybe, it's got payment info, but not the React Health app.
Or if they really want you to change the password, just throw up a message to that effect while you're logged in and let you change it. But no. They have to ghost you and leave you to figure it out on your own.
Anyway the key takeaway is that IT IS ONLY A PHONE APP. It will not function on a PC so don't bother trying to reset anything at your desk. You must use the tiny little screen on your phone.
