Insomnia after 2nd child

So apparently I’ve been told by someone I love that my panic attack before sleep happened a week after we found out we are having a second child. I ended up in the ER and ever since that, almost a year ago, my sleep has really tanked. I’ve developed insomnia and I’ve been on a few medications to help. One does help pretty well but I’m trying to find a safer one. I’ve developed a lot of anxiety and depression during the day and I feel overwhelmed having two children. I could handle one we got into a nice routine, but now it’s just very hard for my mind to shutdown at night I feel like I always need to be “on” and scanning to make sure everything’s ok.
Now my oldest sleeps well but our 2 month old fidgets and snores and makes way more noise than we have experienced before. How can I relax my mind enough and not be scared of the night. I even think about it during the day and it gives me anxiety. Thanks for listening.

Do you have insurance that will pay for a few sessions of therapy?

Yes I am in therapy and I have a psychiatrist helping me with my medications.
