Nasal masks work perfectly fine with BiLevel. Put on some mouth tape, fix the leak. If you have to see any of these Drs again just tell them you're using a FF-mask.
here in support for what ds is saying. I've been on a nasal pillow mask for ten years and it made the journey over to bilevel just fine.

to the op-pls let us know how it goes or if you need any help with stifling those mouth leaks.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

The thing that made me go over leaks and the nasal mask argument is that I can't sleep easily anymore. The feeling of being sleepy doesn't occur to me. I spend hours on bed sometimes being tired but without any noticable sleep.

I have scoliosis and muscle weakness so I can't use heavy sleep supplements.

Whenever I try a full face mask the leaks whether it is drool or from sealing makes it even harder to fall asleep which is why it is rough to use a full face mask unfortunately. I could handle leaks or even not moving at all while sleeping using a full face mask if I just can sleep to begin with

I sleep for some hours sometimes when I use the nasal mask but I wake up feeling tired in the head and the chest.

What happens to the drool if it tape my mouth, is it safe?

It might be the leaks, the mode or the pressure etc I'm not sure...

We don't have anyone who can help with this, they didn't agree to do a sleep study. There's no one who can tell why I can't sleep.

I posted the sleepyhq link if anyone is interested in looking at the data. Most of it is using the nasal mask.

Of needed I can provide a zip of the SD card too

Thanks to everyone that replied to this post.
