Constant Arousals - ASV Troubleshooting

I have quite a bit of ASV data I can share (from patients).

Unfortunately - no updates. I haven’t figured anything out, aside from the fact that my obvious flow limitations and arousals don’t go down even at very high pressures. I’m having surgery next week to fix a severely deviated septum and to widen my internal nasal valve. I’m thinking (hopefully) that the issue is that the flow limitation is in my nose and PAP pressure isn’t able to stent it open.

Following up on this and asking for additional help -

I had surgery to fix my deviated septum, but am still struggling with both sleep/PAP therapy. I decided to purchase a BiLevel device, and have attached my results to this post.

Please let me know any suggested next steps to try. My flowrate still shows a significant number of large arousal breaths. Additionally, I see that my respiration rate is pretty inconsistent as well.
