After one night, I do find this machine absolutely superior to my Dream Station 2.
The only "complaint" is that I'm not fond of the hose attachment being in the back. Unless you put the machine on the night-table backwards, you run a greater risk of dragging the machine down if you turn on your sleep. Also, the hose won't reach quite as far as if it had been in the front (like the DS2) or on the top (like the DS1).
The tank is a better design as it does not have any pieces that are meant to be removed during ordinary filling and use.
BTW, the machine was delivered without the proper settings, but I was able to remedy that.

Get a hanger/hook so the hose is routed behind the bed headboard and overhead. This make the rear hose connection workable and less likely you'd ever pull the machine off the nightstand. I actually turned my DS2 around so the hose exited to the rear of the nightstand to use the hanger. The turned around DS2 also made the water tub easier to remove since it is front facing to the mightstand.
