Cruise ships have their own cell service onboard. Your device may or may not connect to it. No worries, though. Cozumel has great service, and your CPAP will connect there and upload when you dock. Even if it didn't, it would still collect data and update when you get home. You'll be all caught up and compliant.

The AirSense 10 CPAP will store up 365 days worth of data internally, and will catch up when you get to place that has service. Even if you don't have service until you get home, you'll get caught up then.

Make sure to inform the cruise line that you'll be bringing a CPAP abord. They sometimes don't like you to use your own extension cord. They will either assure you that there are outlets by your bed, provide an extension cord, or waive any policy against extension cords. In no case should you bring an extension cord with a power surge protector. That's a no-no on ships! Most likely, if it has a switch it has a surge protector (and doesn't otherwise).

You should pack an extension cord for you pre-embarkation or post-embarkation hotel. Bury it deep in the bowels of you suitcase on the ship.

Also, they can offer you distilled water for free or for a reasonable price.
