Dreaming and CPAP

Post by shadowthorn » Wed Dec 04, 2024 10:20 pm

Hello everyone, I am new here and have been using cpap for 16 years and I had wondered if anyone else experiences lack of dreaming or I should say waking up with no memory of a dream?

My sleep doctor said to me that was a good thing, because I am sleeping soundly and not remembering any dreams?

I rarely, if ever, remember my dreams. It seems that the only times that I remember them is if, for some reason, I get woke up while having the dream.

Your doc is correct.

That makes sense.

The dreams I recall the most is when I wake up and then fall back to sleep, so likely not the deepest sleep.

Last night I had a dream of a bee buzzing around my face. I woke up and found that I must have hit the eclipse halos off and the air was 'buzzing' around me (cord dangling above). Guess on the plus side it's better than waking up and finding a real bee on my face.
