Just started on ASV, looking for input

Post by Rainarrow » Thu Oct 31, 2024 7:23 pm

Day 4 after starting ASV. So far I've been doing pretty well according to OSCAR, with low AHI (around 1.0) and no leak. I got used to the mask (Airfit N20) fairly quickly too. In the mornings I feel less exhausted but more sleepy (if that makes sense, like I crave more sleep but can focus and do things if I really try).

Thought I would post my OSCAR data to see if there's anything obvious I should do. Thanks in advance!

I've also attached my diagnosis in case it helps:

0.76 AHI ! Those ASV's are amazing. I've had similar great results averaging about 2.0 or less. I take it, like me, you had mostly central apneas that the ASV is very effective at nearly eliminating.
