Okay, I have another stupid question that is embarrassing to ask. I’ve been having trouble with flaring nostrils and many people in this forum advised to try Ayr Nasal Gel. I just bought some but was wondering how do you apply it and how much do you apply.
I’ve seen some postings that say to “apply it liberally” while others say that a “little goes a long way”. Just a little confusing.
Also, do I put both the gel in my nose, on the inserts, or both?
I am using a Hybrid mask.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Another stupid question...
Barry,
A genuine question really isn't stupid but some times the answers can be
I tend to put a small smear on my finger tip & then rub it around the nare - once for each nostril. I never worry about the prongs but it wouldn't really do any harm (I think )
Good luck

There are no stupid questions!!!!
I use the hybrid. I use ayr gel (chapstick if I can't find my ayr gel) I use it liberally. But...a little does go a long way. I have put it on the nares and pillows, especially in the beginning, but now a quick smear on the nares is plenty.
