I download my SD card about once a month, then format it and replace it in the machine, and it has always worked fine for several years. Today I tried to download data from the card and it looked normal, the fuel gauge ran up through percentages like it normally does. At the end a dialog box pops up asking me to choose the folder, and reminding me to choose the root, E:/, not a subfolder, which I did. It says no data found. I removed the card, rebooted my computer, tried again, same thing. It's too hard to post a screenshot here, but the message simply says
No supported data was found
E:/
Dell laptop, Windows 11, current version of Oscar, Sandisk extreme plus SD card. Has anyone seen this before? Oscar just says last time I used the machine was June 8, the date of my last upload.
Do the cards go bad? I can navigate the folders/files on it in Windows Explorer. Very strange.
Thanks for any guidance.

Re: Oscar not finding data Airsense 10
Maybe it's no longer the E: drive.
Sometime, a USB drive's name can have a new letter suddenly. Especially if you haven't put it in the computer for a month.
Use your windows explorer to see what disk E: contains, and if there's another USB connected to the computer.
Alternatively:
Could you by any chance have locked the SD card by mistake after formatting it?

Re: Oscar not finding data Airsense 10
Thank you. I’ll try it again on the weekend and see if the drive letter changed

Re: Oscar not finding data Airsense 10
Hmmmm.
I did something wrong yesterday, apparently, in the sequence of letting the machine wake up, inserting the card, etc. Must have corrupted the data.
Today it worked perfectly. So aside from losing the last two months of data, everything is OK.
