Oscar failing to find USB drive with data files

Post by MyIdaho » Tue Aug 13, 2024 3:01 pm

I have Oscar installed on my laptop. Works well, accesses data and life is good! However, I wanted to also review Oscar data on my desktop. I have downloaded and installed oscar. Setup a profile. Went to cpap SD importer, and attempted to load data. A popup appears asking to identify a folder and it sits there. After a few moments, it locks up the computer. Sweet! NOT... :?

Using the same SD reader and SD card, I can upload data into Sleephq and Oscar on my laptop. On the desktop, my computer recognizes the usb drive, shows all the folders, and has data inside each file in datalog folder. I can upload files to Sleephq on the desktop but not oscar.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

latest version of Oscar
Both computers are 64 bit, running windows 10

never mind, deleted and reinstalled oscar. It took it a while to find my data on E/ but finally did. Data successfully uploaded. Good job Oscar! 8) :D
