resperonics refund

Hi
Has anyone ever received the $100 from Resperonics for returning a recalled machine? The deadline for requesting this money will be in one week. I have been trying to ask for this money and the money for sending back the machine. Not an easy project.

I would like to know if anyone has successfully applied for the claim and received anything back.

I haven't, but I'm curious when you say you've tried to ask for the money - did you in fact do so and get no response?
