I use the ResMed Airsense 11 machine every night and the next day look at the MyAir app on my iPnone. It almost always reports 0/20 for mask seal though my events per hour are great.
I always do an equalize procedure and pulling the mask out and exhaling and letting it reset and start inhaling through the nose only. If the events per hour is like .4, isn't that all that matters?
How do i figure out where my "leaks" are? I tighten the mask and loosen the mask but can't seem to get the Leak to go away.

Re: Leaks and MyAir reporting
If you're having a lot of very large leaks, that AHI number may not mean much, because the machine can't always detect events during large leaks. It'd be great if you could download Oscar (see below) and post a chart so we can see what's going on.

Re: Leaks and MyAir reporting
are the leaks disrupting your sleep? if your ahi "is like" .4 and leaks aren't waking you up, prolly not really concerning yourself over, in my opinion.LightStamp wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 9:52 amI use the ResMed Airsense 11 machine every night and the next day look at the MyAir app on my iPnone. Re: Leaks and MyAir reporting
MyAir is a really poor way of managing treatment, and can give quite misleading results. However if you're consistently getting 0 out of 20 for mask seal, then there is a problem. As Miss Emerita said, the machine cannot properly diagnose events during periods of large leak, so you low AHI may well be a fiction.
Strongly suggest you use either Oscar or SleepHQ to produce detailed charts - they will soon show up the real extent of your leaks. The links to those programs are in my signature.
