UARS Titration

Hi! First few nights of using the machine to titrate myself after no help from Drs once diagnosed with UARS (PSG: 48 RERAs in period of 2 hrs of sleeping on my right side with heart rate around 100. RDI=25). On my back for 4 hrs on a home sleep study, showed mild sleep apnea.

I typically sleep on my side though, so UARS is most likely what I should manage first.

I've had a rare heart arrhythmia the last 7 years and was also co-diagnosed with dysautonomia with debilitating, daily symptoms. So, I am overall very sensitive to any disruptions, probably more so than normal people. I am really hoping this is the key to giving me quality of life.

Can someone please suggest what settings I should change to? I'm waking up way many more times with my mouth open and heart racing, which leads me to think I'm not getting enough pressure.

I also read 'S' mode may be better than Vauto?

Mask: Nose
Mode: VAuto
Min EPAP=4
Max IPAP=12
PS=3

None of my attachments are showing?

Errors: "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

But I don't see any? And when I just do one, same error. UGH.
