Why does Resmed not make a large mask for the Airfit F30 I have sent an email and am still waiting for a reply-so can anyone tell me why-many thanks

You would have to understand the resources it takes to maintain a product line. I'm afraid it would take you a long time to understand this.

Your question is understandable. The problem seems to be you have no education, no experience, and no knowledge of product line management or supply chain costs. To get you to understand a simple answer might take hours. Hours that I am not willing to devote. KMA.
