AHI events on the rise

Post by richardjh101 » Tue Nov 21, 2023 2:28 pm

It seems my AHI has been on the rise this month and I have no idea why. I’m a side/back sleeper. I also have MS which has been stable since 2003. I am coming up on my 74th birthday next month so maybe age is one of the variables. My mask seal is always good. I use a full face mask. I’m open to any ideas. I know my recent scores are still good but over the past months I have always been under one.

What does on the rise mean? From 1 to 2?...From 1 to 5?...From 1 to 8?

I’m open to any ideas.
post some oscar charts so the forum can see what's going on. otherwise, the forum can only guess.

each of us is different. what works for me may not work for thee.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
