I am learning a lot on here that I never bothered to look at before.
I have an air climate heated tube on my air sense 10 . An I understanding that when I wake up in morning my water left in chamber should be warm to the touch.
Because mine is never felling heated at all.
I need a new machine
Re: I need a new machine
The heated tube (which I also use) is totally separate from the heated humidifier.
They have separate control settings in the provider setup menus.
My limited knowledge suggests the water temperature should be between room temp and body temp. That probably would not feel warm to the touch.

Re: I need a new machine
Thanks, I have my humide level set to 4 and my climataire tubing set to 80.5
Does that sound right?
Does that sound right?
Re: I need a new machine
If you're comfortable, it's right.
80.5 F is cooler than body temp, so I'm not sure it would feel warm to the touch when the ambient temp. is at about that.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

I have a power bank I use when camping. My Airsense 11 just plugs into a 110 outlet on it. It works great all night.
Re: I need a new machine
While you can do that - it is NOT the recommended way of using a battery to power any cpap.

Re: I need a new machine
I have an AirSense 10, my wife has the 11. I like the 10 better, even though in most things I'm an early adopter. The fact that I have spare parts for the 10 is helpful, but I like the onboard monitoring on the 10 better. On the 10, I can display headline results for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and a year which I find useful...haven't found anything but "extended" time period of 1 year on the 11. Maybe there's another display mode that I haven't found, but I look at the display on my CPAP every morning and only go to Oscar if an issue comes up. So the display is important to me.
So I have a couple of reasons to stay with the 10, no compelling reason to move to the 11 for me.
