Do you see the breaks between about 04:40 and 05:20 and then between about 07:00 and 07:30?

Those are not normal breaks; they are not you taking your mask off, because the machine doesn't restart at the minimum you defined for it, 9.4. It resumes exactly at the same pressure it stopped.

Had you taken your mask off, the machine would have restarted at 9.4, no matter where it was when you took the mask off.

I've read that machine restarts where it has stopped after a power failure.

Here's what I'd do it I had this chart:
Pull the electric cable out of both the wall socket and the power supply
Put another device in the socket (a lamp. a clock, a charger connected to a phone in need of charging) - and check what happen when I wiggle the plug in the socket to see if the supply is reliable.

I would also: disconnect the round plug from the machine and reinsert it carefully to make sure it's firmly in place.
Ditto for the electric cable that inserts into the power supply and that you disconnected from the socket: disconnect if from the power supply if you haven't done that yet, and reconnect carefully. While your dealing with those cables, make sure none of them is broken.

If the cables are OK, and replugged correctly, I'd try to sleep with the machine connected to another socket.

I don't even think it's an SD recording issue, but just to be on the safe side, I would reformat the SD card before replacing it in the machine.

There's no sense in trying to anyalyse your breathing reports before we see the machine functioning as it should.

Thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately, I’m currently volunteering and staying at a hostel, so I can’t do too much about the electricals and all. I made sure all the different parts of the adapter were well connected, along with trying different power outlets, but still seem to get the same issues. I’ll try to reformat the SD card and see what happens.

One other thing I wanted to ask you is how do pressure needs change for the later stages of REM asleep? I had another good day yesterday after only sleeping for 2.5 hours, which leads me to the theory that it’s the later stages of sleep that are messing me up. Going back through my data, I realized that on every single one of my good days, I had only slept for 5 hours or less.

I think I might just bump up the max range to 20 for a night and see what happens; I currently have the min at 9.4.

Thanks again for the response, I really appreciate it

I'm getting a little frustrated with the constant trial and error, and wanted some help from knowledgeable people such as yourselves on what settings I should tweak based off my data.
And yet you're continuing your constant trial and error.

You "currently" (since? when) on APAP, have the minimum at 9.4. Your max is set at 12.4 On the night of the 15th you had a fixed pressure of 7.4
On the night of the 21st with current APAP settings, your spent 95% of your night at a pressure of 11.82 or less - that is less than your current max meaning the machine hardly got to current maximum pressure.
It is beyond me why you're considering raising the maximum to 20 when your machine barely touches 12.4 at its max.

Tweaking a broken machine or one that is connected to a faulty electrical system in the hostel will get you nowhere.

Come back when you have 6 nights of data from a reliable machine connected to a reliable electric system - without having made any changes to the setting after choosing the settings you want the first night.

When you do that, please upload the statistics screen so we can see the device information and the changes to the device settings.

[edited to rephrase the above]
You can come back whenever you want of course, and with whichever data you want to show.
I will only consider myself capable of helping you further when present 6 nights of data from a reliable machine connected to a reliable electric system - without having made any changes to the setting after choosing the settings you want the first night.

When you present that data, please upload the statistics screen so we can see the device information and the changes to the device settings.
