I started 11 years ago.
My pillow size has always been small.
Never rub Miracle Gro on your nose.
It never goes well.
Regardless of where you think it might help . . .
Now you tell me! I tried rubbing Miracle Gro on another area of my body and it seems to have worked, short term anyways...

Vanity is a poor excuse for stopping cpap.
Looking nice is of little value when you are dead.

Been using nasal pillows pretty much since 07 and haven’t noticed any size difference in shoz size . However since I got a more firm mattress my leak has increased significantly & AHI has gone up. Am sleeping 7-9 hrs nightly (depending on poochy)

… still feel okay when feet hit the floor considering the heart attack in September.

ROCK ON & stay positive *

lOK, I know i will get posts saying I also am imagining it, but definitely my use of nasal pillows P30i have altered the shape of my nose in the 20 months I have been using them. I noticed it about 2 months ago and now others are noticing it including my facial aesthetician and my ENT practitioner. It first i thought it was an improvement and then I realized that my nostrils were enlarging. I use a size small, not tight but I am aware that when I sleep on my either side my cpap does push against my noise. When it doesn't my husband can sometimes hear the air and I can feel the air on my face. I am trying to prevent that. So I am switching to the nasal cushion to see if I can prevent further facial alteration. And "Yes" to another poster concern, the mask can cause bunny lines (horizontal lines) on the bridge of your nose.

. . .
As an adult, the cartilage in your nose has stopped growing long ago.
These tissues also have remarkable shape memory,
as some who have undergone (cosmetic) rhinoplasty have discovered to their dismay.
The nose . . . KNOWS.
Siestagirl: your ENT and aesthetician are trying to SELL you something.
