OK...so on another thread it was suggested to me to try turning off the ramp feature to see if it helped my issues.........WOW is all I can say. I guess I must always be asleep by the time my machine gets off of ramp because that pressure--OH that pressure! Anyway....yes this was at least part of the problem..........my mask fit ok when I would go to bed but I am guessing after ramp would begin leaking...........anyway, the tight fit left red marks on my face but I only had a mild headache not the killer ones I"ve been having so Im gonna try again.
Also..I can't find an opening anywhere on my nasal mask......where are the supposed to be?
Change without ramp
I don't have your mask, but when it's turned on you should feel a whole bunch of air blowing in front of your mask. Maybe down around the joint area.
And you have a very inexpensive mask. You probably would have alot better luck with a more popular one.
If you want to stay with a nasal mask, the Activa is used by alot of people here. Most like it, and a few don't like it.
But that's just my opinion.

I would say keep fiddling with the head gear. I have found that I had the straps incorrectly placed on my head. I had it too high on the back of the head. Lowering the head gear so the lower straps were on the back of my neck and not the lower head helped greatly.
Also, I found the slightest change in tension on the head gear can play a large part in comfort. If you still are getting headaches, try loosening the straps slightly, say 1/16 - 1/8 inch. This should help keep the seal, but relieve the strain that could be causing the headache.
As pointed out in previous threads, our heads are not completely round and asymmetrical. Adjusting the headgear equally on both sides may not work for you.
Hope that helps,
Joe
