Oscar not retaining data

Post by kwikwater » Sun Apr 02, 2023 9:24 am

I finally received my replacement Philips Dreamstation 2 about 3 weeks ago. I'm finding that Oscar does not keep any new data from the SD card. When I download the card, all the data is there, but when I close Oscar, no data since I got the new machine is on Oscar when I open it again. My old System One data is there, but nothing newer. Is there a setting I've missed?? Thanks all.

Well, somewhere in the Oscar Help section, I read something about not putting 2 machines on the same profile. I made a new Profile and low & behold, it imported all the data from the old machine and new, and retained it all after closing Oscar and reopening. Sorry for asking for help when I hadn't quite beat up the subject itself enough!!

On my Oscar statistics report I have data from 2 different AS10 machines and my S9 Card.

For me, that attempt created a major mess.
