turning off C-flex and raising pressure

Post by lfranek » Tue Jan 30, 2007 12:57 pm

Can anyone walk me thru shutting off the c-flex feature on my machine and also increasing the pressure by 1?
I am trying to pin down or rule out reasons for waking up still gasping.
Thanks
Larissa

I think the reason you have not got a answer is most people are concerned with blindly changing other peoples treatment, when they have nothing to go by. Making more than one change at a time doesn't help either.

If you are going to play with the settings, you need a machine and software so you can see what you are doing to yourself.

My best advice is, Don't use the ramp, If you use a Nasal interface, Tape your mouth or go FF Mask, stop leaks. After that's under control, worry about pressure. Jim

As far as how to change the machines, it's posted many places, search at top of page.
