Yes.
The Flex setting on Respironics machines is their form of exhale relief and similar to EPR on ResMed machines.
Other brands might call it something different and the actual drop during exhale may not be exactly like what happens with EPR but it is close.

I don't know about the DreamStation models but past Respironics models that offered Flex wouldn't drop more than 2 cm during exhale even at a setting of 3. The timing of the exhale isn't always the same either.
