Dreamstation 1 Increasing pressure issue...

Hello,

I still haven't heard anything about my recall since registering July 2021. I'm forced to still use the recalled machine, but I changed out the plastic part.

My question is I recently increased my pressure from 12 - 13 as my AHI's were between 5 - 7, so I wanted to experiment. Now the machine stays at the ramp pressure of 6.5. It won't increase to 13 at all. I've turned off Ramp and set the Ramp time to 0 and it still stays at 6.5 all night.

Is there anything I can try to fix this?

I can't get a hold of anyone at my supplier to ask.

Have you unplugged it and plugged it back in?

Did you by chance enable EZ Start or Opti Start?
Check both....either of those can keep the auto adjusting function from working as expected.
If either or both is enabled or turned on....turn them off.

EZ start has always been turned on. I turned it off and now it starts at 13. Perfect!!

Philips has done a lot of stupid things, but EZStart is right up near the top, right behind putting cheaper crap foam in everything.
