Hopefully this is something simple and I just am overlooking it. I imported my info in Oscar for the first time in awhile and I noticed the time was off by an hour. Went into the settings on my Airsense 10 and apparently it thinks it is still on daylight savings time. It is an hour and three minutes ahead of the real time. When I tried to change it, it says "Date and Time cannot be set in the past" and won't let me change it. Is there something else I need to do to fix it?
This machine has a cellular modem and I get AirSense readings every day so I know it can phone home too, if that makes any difference.
Thanks.

Re: Airsense 10 - Date and Time cannot be set in the past
When did you try to set the clock back and it not let you?
Early in the morning right after you got up or in the evening before bedtime?
If you didn't try setting it back at bedtime...give that a try and make sure that you have no use at all of the machine after 12 noon per the machine clock. See if it will let you change the clock at bedtime.
If bedtime change won't work there are other options like using the clock offset in OSCAR or in extreme cases erasing all prior usage data.

Thanks Pugsy. Yes it was shortly after I got up. I will try it again tonight.

As long as you don't back it up into recorded sleep time, it is possible.
No need to wait until bedtime--but that is safest.

I had this same issue, but I tried again today a little after 12 and it allowed me to change it the first time I tried. Just keep trying. I wish I would have sooner, this caused me to miss compliance hours a couple times before I realized what was wrong.
