I had a 10/10 night once. Been chasing it ever since. Probably normal to have a 2-3 every now and again. I’m less than 6m in.

You should search for topics and read, and stick to one as your very own and exchange info in one place. Much to be learned.

Thanks for the recommend CyberSplif, I will give the collar a try and yes, definitely pretty amped on trying out the eclipse, it almost looks too good to be true
My pleasure.

Here are the ones I use. The regular Releaf lasts me about a year. I did get one of the “Alt” ones as it was BOGO, but have not tried it as yet.

Mouth breather for as long as I can remember here. Started out with full face because I mouth breath. Well after training myself to breathe during the day it took me maybe a few months tops til I could use the dreamports. Now I wear them nightly and don’t have to use anything to keep my mouth closed. Put the work in to breathe through the day and start out breathing through nose at night and it’s amazing how the body will adapt. Good luck.

I’m not a mouth breather and regardless of mask, Bleep or N30i my jaw drops. Been using tape for over a year with excellent results. About 3-4 months ago I switched from 3M Nexcare for Sensitive Skin to Griff Grip kinesiology tape. It is spendy but I’m still using the first roll I bought this summer. Next time I will look into other brands of kinesiology tape that are bit less spendy to see how it goes. Griff Grip leaves zero tape residue which I really like.

I have Jason/LankyLefty27 to thank for suggesting Bleep and mouth tape along with advice for dialing in my pressure.

Right now I’m anxiously awaiting my Eclipse/Halos pre-order.

Y'all are lucky to have tape work so well. I've tried three brands, multiple strips, and still it will not hold my breathing mouth shut. Super stick duct tape probably wouldn't do it. Even though cleaned up with witch hazel, I think I am one grease monkey with facial skin oil so my full face mask slips and tape won't stick = lack of therapy.

Thanks everyone for the updates and recommends, I am definitely going to try out the neck wrap CyberSpiff, that looks pretty great. I'd love any link or recommends for breathing excercises, I've been trying to glean whatever I can on that jlsmithseven. I don't have any trouble taping my mouth shut, I really haven't tried since first starting with Beepsleep, maybe I'll give it another run. Honestly, every night seems so random and variable at this point. I did try a full facemask over the holiday and boy, does that suck. I'm sure its something I could get used to but I hope to stick with dreamports, they just really seem to be the least intrusive and really easy to adapt to.

My wish for the new years is another "10" day but really I'll be happy with anything above a 5 at this point. Consistency would be amazing and totally worth the pursuit and time put in.

Cheers to all!
