Purchased a Resmed Autoset 10 and wasn’t given “provider guide.”

Sorry, I’ve been using Respironics machines for over 12 years and I can program them in my sleep. But I finally gave upon that company and bought a Resmed Autoset 10.

Unfortunately the instructions as how to put it in programming mode are not included. As a result, I can’t even set my pressure range.

Does anyone have a link to the documentation or a PDF — or anything. Thanks.
