Well done!

Next stop- remember sleephq and oscar are totally different though the results look very similar.

I have to reread the thread but hopefully someone here has helped you solve at least some of the issues.

Edit: apologies if that sounded snarky. was not my intent. I know little about UARS so I will defer to those who know more about it. sorry!

good luck!

The main thing that catches my inexperienced eye is there’s a few nights with some pretty big leaks. It’s my understanding that the data doesn’t quite capture what is going on as clearly as when leaks are smaller. The machine algorithm seems to be good at handling leaks up to around 25 well enough but becomes kind of a crapshoot after that.

I wonder if mouth breathing creates the flow limit activity as well.

Mainly just trying to fix how many times I physically wake up at night.

Apparently my girlfriend was still hearing some light snoring so I upped my increased pressure. It's weird because after doing that I remember waking up a couple of times more but this morning I am wide awake. I also started to use my humidifier because I never do.

EDIT: Now that I am looking at my charts I'm not even going past 14 MAX pressure so maybe there's no need to up it to 18 like I did. However, I am noticing a huge trend in leak rates.

Often times the problem is that the minimum is set too low and machine ratchets up the pressure in response. It’s the rapid change that is the problem.
