When I got tested for Sleep Apnea,my doctor put in request for the test to be done. When I received my machine I was told nothing about settings,a month later I found out through RT that I was on an APAP machine.I had to work things out myself,I guess that’s not any new news Hear!!

Since you're more or less on your own with this, how do you feel about using Oscar so you can get help revising your settings? You need a laptop or desktop computer, an SD card in your machine, and a way to read the SD card. (I use a cheapo card reader that plugs into a USB port on my laptop.)

Oscar provides a wealth of information about your respiration during the night, and that will help people here advise you about changes to your settings. I've seen many people succeed this way in getting better and more comfortable sleep.

Added info,
Even though I have been on APAP since July 2022,I have never felt great. Now it’s October and I have been using the machine nightly,my ahi below 2 and sometime below one.But I fine after I get up,I can have morning nap, then afternoon nap.I do not feel clear minded.I have been slowly raising my lower pressure up lately,to see if this helps.I have no problem with the mask or leaks. It seems to be getting worse!

Without the information that Oscar can provide, I’m afraid people here can’t really advise you about your settings. How about using Oscar?

i find sleephq.com to be more user friendly, though it has a few moments of glitches from time to time.

oscar data would help clarify things. once you post the charts here, you'll get all kinds of helpful suggestions.

good luck!
