? ? ?

Three years ago you were using a Dreamstation.

Two years ago you switched to an A10 Elite.

Now you’re back to asking whether you need a CPAP?

Why did you stop using it?

Hi - what does your PC doctor say? Have you had a general work-up, with lab testing? SP02 is only a small part of things at best and not at all what you'd need to find out about apnea (and 'small pains' are not relevant either). You'd be much better off reading the Sticky notes top of the main page to learn what's what.

I've had several sleep tests.
Doc says cpap is advisable, but not necessary.
She says when saturation stays above 90% all night (mild drops tolerated below 90%) and your sleep is good than it's OKAY.

So according to my O2 in the chart, is that acceptable according to you guys? The rest of the sleep is good. I sleep well without medication.

I think the O2 chart looks a bit scary with so many orange bars... I use a mandibular Btw.

Yes, you probably do.
Shame on your doctor for implying that it is optional.
Shame on you for not trying hard enough to deal with it.
I was diagnosed nearly 13 years ago.
I have done the adult thing, and used cpap--the gold standard of treatment.
It has helped me beat cancer--TWICE.
It is your life--waste it if you like; but please don't make those who love you watch.

O2 levels above 89 are not a cause for special concern, nor is the occasional short dip below 90. (That may well be caused by the device's losing contact momentarily.)

But what is a cause for concern is your fatigue. And that is why you should try CPAP again.
