Hello to all in the forum my name is Emilio and I have been recently diagnosed with severe OSA. I've been on CPAP for about 1 month and have notice some positive changes. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good mask for side sleeping. My current mask is OK but I would prefer something with nasal pillows. DOes any one have any suggestions?

Hi Emilio and welcome! You'll find alot of answers scrolling through these posts but to make it easier, go to the SEARCH box at top of page and put those words in. Here is an example:

side AND sleeping AND nasal AND pillows was entered and got me this:

That is just one of the many links that came up. Good luck!

Hi Emilio,

Masks are very personal and don't fit everyone the same. You need to find the one that suits you best. Read as much as you can, like the link posted by Mary, before parting with your money. I'm a side sleeper and the Swift nasal pillows suits me fine.

Good luck,

Peter

I use and love the Aura/Everest/TwilightNP. It is a great mask, especially for side sleepers. There are many out there, hopefully you can try out a few before you make a decision.
I wish you the best .

Ditto to what Laurie said about the Twilight NP by Invacare. That mask used to be called the Aura, and then the Headrest. It's the mask I've used for a year. Great for sleeping in any position.

If you inquire about the Twilight NP, be sure to stress the NP in the name. Invacare makes a nasal mask (covers the nose) called the Twilight. If you want the nasal pillows mask, it's the Twilight NP.

What the others said about different masks suiting different people is so true. The Breeze with nasal pillows is another one I liked very much, and the ComfortLite 2.

Any mask works better for me if I hang the main air hose above my head, so the weight of the air hose doesn't tug at a mask when you toss and turn:
