I was considering pre-ordering, and noticed that you have to pre-order 3 months at least (when I looked). Since I don't know whether this will work for me, I'll have to wait until I can do regular orders. Doesn't really matter I guess, other than not getting into line as early as I'd like *smile*. I really want it to work, but won't know until I try it out. Not sure how it'll go for my asymmetric nostrils *smile*.
It would be okay with me to pre-order the 3-months supply, assuming that I could return unopened boxes. I did ask Stuart (or somebody with his email address *smile*) about returning unopened boxes and didn't get a reply, so assume that's not happening. Wouldn't expect to be able to return used supplies, especially when done as a pre-order.
RogerSC,
I am one who would GLADLY purchase your unopened boxes of Halos!

Oh, and I also have asymmetrical nostrils

and the Halos work great! Stuart showed me how there is actually a bit of adjustment available with the Eclipse interface (he is SUCH a fantastic resource). It's a nice benefit, but fit well even before I adjusted it.
I've actually pre-ordered AND am on the list at Aeroflow (to use insurance) so I'll see who I get it from first!

Has the adhesive changed? I noticed the ports looked a little darker than what i remember.

I didn't notice a change in the adhesive. Halos rather than the DreamPorts...SO much easier to attach! I love it, for several reasons. Not as fiddly, just put it close and it practically attaches itself, which is a blessing for those with arthritic/painful fingers. Much easier to pack for travel (a few flat sheets rather than boxes of ports!). Lower profile (at least 1/2"), better for those of us who try to bury our faces into the pillow and/or bed.

Stuart posted 2 short halo videos in the blog section of his website:
https://bleepsleep.com/blog/
One is a new promo video for halos, and the other is an update on the manufacturing process.
I know “bleeps” are Stuarts baby, and his love for his product come through in every video, and in his UNMATCHED customer care, but I found the manufacturing video wanting! I am so happy the process is moving forward(!!!), but seeing the future (empty) assembly line left me wondering how much longer?!?!
Not trying to be negative, just impatient!

Can halos be reapplied, or do you need to use a new pair nightly?

The adhesive just isn't strong enough to last a second night once it gets removed....this is no different from the original Dreamports.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
