I was diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea (AHI of 16.

I started my CPAP therapy last week with the Resmed 11 and have been experimenting with a few different masks. Some nights are mostly successful, other nights feel hard.
I'm heartened by the progress, but I have a question regarding central apneas/clear airway events that seem to be occurring nightly regardless of how well I do with obstructive events. I've attached my OSCAR data from the last few days, highlighting last night to give the experts here an idea of what I mean.
Here's the link to my OSCAR data from last night

My AHI last night was 3.67 with 0 obstructive events, but a CA index of 2.57. I don't think this type of event would have been captured with the Watchpat device in my initial sleep study (though I could be wrong?).
I've never been diagnosed with any type of neurological condition apart from the occasional migraine. Should I be concerned about this, or is it within the range of normal?
I've gathered that the breathing efficiency with Resmed's ERP makes it such that my O2 sat is high and potentially leads my CNS to believe that I don't need to breathe at certain points? Should I lower the ERP to 2 or 1?
Thanks so much!
