Anyways, I was looking at OSCAR data for the first time in a bit, and really don't understand why I'd want it lower if it's not bothering me They titrated me in lab a few years ago to APAP 7-20, but my sleep quality is horrible at that pressure (no oscar logs, SD card died)
It seems like PS3 over 14 is pretty great...
I had it at PS5 over 14 for the longest time, (142 days AHI .02) but my tidal volume was high enough that I got sent to a pulmonologist who had me lower the pressure support a bit (apparently 700ml bad, 600ml good?)
Any reason I should be shooting for a lower pressure though?
