In my various stages of baldness, I have been using a rayon headwrap under my P10.
As my fuzz has grown a little, I tried wearing the p10 headgear next to my skull
under a pipsqueak (baby yarn) knit cap.
It did not work. That new hair is super soft and slippery.
The buckle was better over cloth than under it--too lumpy right on my melon.

Zonker's suggested cap works for me.zonker wrote: ↑Sat Aug 21, 2021 8:39 pmhttps://www.amazon.com/Go-sport-Cooling ... 884&sr=8-5
i just googled "cpap cap" and the above popped up.
I wear it over the straps.
For me, it reduces the backstrap's tendency to slip forward.

Re: New P10 Headgear - N30 Slippage Fix
I really dislike the new headgear. Mine actually broke as I had to tighten it up sop many times each night that it just wore out in less than a month. Thank goodness I have one of my old straps still.

Did you try the workaround to reduce the slippage?Perrybucsdad wrote: ↑Tue Mar 15, 2022 8:37 amMine actually broke as I had to tighten it up sop many times each night

Tape looped as shown would add friction at 3 extra surfaces thus reduce slippage.
