Can someone recommend something natural that really puts you to sleep besides Melatonin

Tried Melatonin. Felt hungover the next day. Now have a cup of hot Chamomile herbal tea an hour or so before bed. There are other herbals that can help as well. Do not do alcohol, messes with your blood sugar and heart rate and will result in poor sleep.

it's glycine, though i tried it and it had now effect. iirc. though, the discussion is around staying asleep(?) but it's been a while since i tried it.
