smartcard/encore 1.6

Post by MarkM » Wed Jan 17, 2007 7:54 am

Well, I made it through the first night. I wore the thing all night and only had 3 near death experiences. LOL I just turned and walked away from the light.

Question:

I can't figure out how to get the "daily details" report. All I get is the compliance report that shows the hours of usage and min/max pressures. I am sure it is something simple, yes, the computer is plugged in.

This board rocks and has been a MAJOR help in my journey.

Thanks

MarkM,

Congrats on your first night.

The smart card needs to be put in a reader to get the detailed data. Computer is on, so I am assuming you did that.

Once you down loaded the card, click (double I think) on the date/file you want to open. Chose the detailed report.

I can do this, I will do this.

Right click on the date under the "Interaction List", choose "View Interaction Report", then choose "Full Details". Cool.

Thanks

Mark,

I went back and checked the steps.

Double click on your (Patient) name.

Double click on one of the complince downloads.

Pick Full detailed report.

Hit OK

I did not even see view interaction report. Where did you see that?

What version are you using?

version 1.6.22

ON mine when you click on patient name, the next page has "Interaction List" under "patient Compliance".

Double-click on the line with the download date in it and then another window will pop open that on the left side has two "radio buttons". It defaults to the top one which is compliance information......you want to select the bottom one which is the "Full details".
